A production-oriented SaaS for SMBs that turns a website into a first-response sales and support layer, then routes qualified follow-up into email, webhooks, HubSpot, Zendesk, and the systems the team already runs.

ChatRobot sells operational readiness, not chatbot hype: knowledge ingestion, connector routing, live widget traffic, credits, and a clear handoff path into the tools a team already uses.
Small teams needed something more operational than a generic chatbot. They needed a way to ingest website knowledge, verify routing, control credits and model settings, embed a widget safely, and know when the whole setup was actually ready for live customer traffic.
Framed the product around the concrete setup-to-handoff workflow instead of generic AI assistant language: crawl knowledge, choose the role and model, test connector delivery, then install the widget.
Made the landing page show the real operational surface: indexed knowledge, configured routes, lead and ticket handoff, readiness states, and live traffic posture.
Connected the commercial model to the product architecture so hosted plans, BYO model keys, credits, connector tests, widget origins, and admin controls all feel like one coherent system.
Positioned ChatRobot as a practical inbound frontline for SMBs: fast to launch, explicit about traffic readiness, and built to route real follow-up into existing support and sales tools.
