Voyager needed a way to grow beyond its base feature set without turning the core admin panel into a heavy all-in-one system. Developers wanted reusable extensions, but distribution and discovery were fragmented.

How we shipped it.

Turned Larapack into a dedicated repository for Voyager-specific plugins, referred to as hooks, so the ecosystem could grow outside the core product.

Made the product valuable for both sides of the marketplace: developers could publish and share plugins, while Voyager users could browse and install extra capability from one place.

Kept the story focused on modularity and extensibility rather than feature sprawl, reinforcing the idea that Voyager should stay lean while still being highly customizable.
